The company owns a hatchery factory located in the Tenth of Ramadan City, with the hatching capacity extended to 26 million chicks annually, by recent establishment of the tenth hatchery factory.

10th of Ramadan Hatchery Factory

The Factory is a modern designed concrete building, armed with the up-to-date technology equipment, that allows to accommodate annually up to 9 million chicks. The company’s incubation lab is fully complying with international standards and operating the latest devices and highly advanced monitoring systems.

In our labs we applied latest incubation techniques that allow continuous monitoring and control of the entire incubation process, to obtain the highest ideal embryo development. The eggs are transported from the company's farms to the hatchery factory by cars with cooling and air conditioning antimosque, complying with international standards. From the hatchery to customer farms all over the country, the chicks are also transported by air-conditioned cars, according to international standards.

The plant was established in 1986 on an area total of 2.5 acres, and operates with a production capacity of 10 tons / hour.
The factory has several modern silos equipped with ventilation devices that prevent spoilage of feed materials during the storage. Its capacity 2000 tons, in addition to a covered warehouse, that provides storage area for raw materials up to 8000 tons.
The feed materials are grinded and mixed with the latest Poultry Feed Mill Crushing Equipment applying up-to-date Technology of Poultry Feed Materials.

Our feed has only vegetal-based nature formulating high Poultry Meat Quality, assuring feeding well balanced, safe and hygienically produced feeds, that leads to highly productive lines of birds, as Mansoura Poultry Company is the first company in Egypt and Middle East to move towards feed free from animal sources.
The factory has a fleet of vehicles to transport fodder to the company's stations, as well as vehicles to transport fodder to clients purchasing chicks and fodders.

The company's fixtures that serve the company's stations and farms as well as customer’s needs.

Veterinary Pharmacy

The pharmacy takes a part of the company administration building and supplies all modern medicines, antibiotics, veterinary vaccines and disinfectants, as well as premixes, vegetable protein concentrates and all feed additives.
